As a key member of our web dev team, you will work collaboratively to:
- Produce rich, dynamic and engaging features while optimizing usability and performance of the applications.
- Design, test, develop, and deploy production-ready applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Develop new widgets, plugins, and demo applications.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility in IE, Firefox, and Safari.
- Convert graphical mockups into functional mark-ups.

Key Qualifications:
- BS or MS in CompSci or related field
- Experience working on an MVC platform
- Expert Adobe CS Skills (any combo of PS/AI/FW)
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experience with a modern Javascript library e.g. Prototype, jQuery, or Dojo
- Experience working in or an interest in Agile methods
- Working knowledge of Linux
- Working knowledge of source control

Role:
- Promote Involver’s suite of Facebook Page and Facebook application products and services
- Develop and implement new marketing strategies, including but not limited to email marketing, grassroots marketing, as well as analytics programs that will help us measure the effectiveness and reach of our various marketing efforts
- Draft and help edit articles for our influencer-facing blog and possibly outside publications
- Help write and refine our sales and marketing messaging and materials for brands and other verticals
- Work with our engineering team to define and further strengthen an end-user experience that has already engaged millions of social network users
- Draft product copy for for our Facebook offerings and management interfaces
- Work directly for Involver’s CEO, an Inc. Magazine “30 under 30 Entrepreneur"
