Management Team:

Rahim FazalRahim Fazal, CEO and Co-Founder

Rahim Fazal is responsible for Involver's overall strategy and operations.  

Fazal is a three-time entrepreneur co-founding and successfully exiting a web-hosting company for $1.5 million dollars while taking his Senior Year final exams during High School. He then started a web services platform business and eventually took it public, becoming one of the youngest directors of a publicly traded company in the United States.

Fazal completed his MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business, the top ranked business school in Canada. In recognition of his prior achievements, he was the youngest student in the school’s 80-year history to be accepted without a prerequisite undergraduate degree. He is a frequent and popular speaker to high school and college students across the U.S. and Canada. He is also an advisor to the Extreme Entrepreneurship Education Corporation in New York City.

Fazal was named one of America’s "Top 30 Entrepreneurs Under 30" by Inc. Magazine in 2008, and one of the "Top 25 Digital Thought-Leaders" by iMedia in 2009.

Noah HortonNoah Horton, CTO and Co-Founder

Noah Horton is responsible for all technology strategy, investments and operations.  Prior to Involver Horton was the software architect for NeoEdge Networks, an in-game advertising business where he was responsible for developing many of the company's ad products.

Horton has held management positions for Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and Sun Microsystems. He has filed more than 25 patents and published articles on development techniques in widely read publications, including the Java Developer’s Journal.

In September 2008, Noah was named one of America’s "Top 30 Entrepreneurs Under 30" by Inc. Magazine.

Jascha Kaykas-WolffJascha Kaykas-Wolff, Vice President of Marketing

Jascha Kaykas-Wolff oversees all Involver marketing efforts, including strategy, branding, product marketing, demand generation, advertising, public and social relations and web site operations.

Prior to joining Involver, Kaykas-Wolff served as Vice President Global Marketing for Webtrends, the leading customer intelligence platform that founded the web analytics industry. 

Kaykas-Wolff previously served as a strategic consultant for Alvarez and Marsal and has held senior management positions at Microsoft's MSN and Windows divisions & Yahoo! Inc's commerce business unit. 

Kaykas-Wolff holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Whittier College in Whittier, Calif.

Noah HortonMartin Wesley, Vice President of Sales

Martin Wesley is responsible for all business development, sales and client service initiatives.

Wesley has 17 years of senior management experience working in global agencies and internet-media measurement companies including DoubleClick, Atlas DMT, and Efficient Frontier in Asia Pacific, the U.K. and the U.S.

In each respective market, Wesley has had the opportunity to work with advertisers, marketers, interactive and traditional agencies on developing effective digital marketing strategies. Wesley comes to Involver after founding the leading marketing-intelligence firm, BlackFoot Inc., which he sold to MediaBank in 2008.

Geoff PriceGeoff Price, Vice President of Business Development

Geoffrey Price is responsible for Involver’s high value global client acquisition efforts.

Prior to joining Involver, Price managed a team tasked with bringing an algorithmic approach to large SEM marketers at Efficient Frontier (EF). Prior to EF Price was at Yahoo! Inc. where he managed a team of west coast sales professionals for Yahoo! Enterprise Services as well as the Client Services team in the Alliances group. Prior to Yahoo! Price held various sales and marketing positions at Intuit and Williams-Sonoma.

He holds a BA in Spanish literature and economics from Kalamazoo College and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Patrick DowleyPatrick Dowley, Vice President of Client Services

Patrick Dowley directs the company’s account management and customer service organizations. 

Before joining Involver, Dowley was Vice President of Global Sales at GlanceGuide and was integral in the final sale to Nielsen Online. Prior to GlanceGuide he was a senior member of the Google sales team having joined through the acquisition of DoubleClick. Prior to Google, he was Regional Manager of APAC for aQuantive where he grew the business threefold in one year. Patrick’s prior companies include aCerno and a previous stint at DoubleClick.

Tyler WillisTyler Willis, Head of Brand Strategy

Tyler Willis is responsible for working with strategic customers on activating their brands across the social web. Willis is heavily involved in the technology and marketing speaking circuit, and has instructed with the American Marketing Association among other prestigious institutions.
